South Art Neighborhood Plan

The City have been developing an ideal site plan and update regulations for the approximately 100 acres of City-owned land along the South Arkansas River south of Highway 50 (previously known as a portion of the Vandaveer Ranch Planned Development). Consultants from Studio Seed will reveal the final draft site plan. There will be a Q&A and opportunities for feedback on details of the plan. Review and potential adoption by Planning Commission and City Council will begin in September.
