TalentFOUND Quarterly Conversation

Local Workforce Development Boards invite you to join them for the Q2 TalentFOUND Quarterly Conversation. The rural-focused Quarterly Conversation will take place June 25 from 12 to 5 p.m. at the Scout Hut. The discussion this quarter will focus on how workforce development and community and technical colleges might further collaborate across systems, with input from economic development and chambers.
The goals of the Quarterly Conversations are to strengthen understanding of what different system partners are required to do, share examples of already existing successful partnerships/tactics, and explore how best practices might continue to grow and new collaborations might be created. They are intended to complement cross-system conversations at the local level, not replace them. Attendees should be individuals with
• Sharing of best practices from rural areas across the state.
• Identify next steps from these state-wide conversations which can inform
future local conversations.
• Clearer understanding of TalentFOUND, the Colorado talent development network
