Participants will learn 32 Form Yang Style Tai Chi over the course of 12 weeks. Must show competency of 24 Form Tai Chi.

Classes will take place both indoors and outside on Steamplant Plaza. Typically, if it’s sunny with little wind or above 55 degrees, class will be held outside. Please dress accordingly.
