Essentials of Drawing Class
Local Sherrie York will be teaching a 4-week class on the Essentials of Drawing Class in the Riverside Annex. Participants must sign up for the entire series and all materials will be included.
Put away your belief that drawing requires “natural talent.” (Whatever that is!) Drawing is a skill that anyone can learn and develop with practice. In this 4-week drawing course, you will learn basic drawing skills and techniques and discover how to represent what you see through the use of contour and gesture, perspective, positive/negative space, and value. Whether you’re a rank beginner or a lapsed sketcher in need of a refresher, join us! Basic supplies are included in the cost of the course.
