City Administrator Candidates Meet & Greet

Come meet and chat with the candidates for the City Administrator position.

This event is free and open to the public and being held in the Riverside Annex. Light refreshments will be served.


Who Are the Candidates?

The three finalists were chosen from an original applicant pool of 45 candidates.
Following are the three finalists for the position:

Eric Hallstrom of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mr. Hallstrom is currently the Deputy Commissioner of Minnesota Management and Budget. He holds an LL.M. (masters in law) from Georgetown University, a J.D. from University of Iowa, and a B.A from Augustana College

Drew Nelson served the Town of Winter Park from 2006 – 2018, serving as Town manager for the last ten years. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kansas and holds a planning certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners.

Jason Wells is currently serving as the Interim Town Manager of Green Mountain Falls, Colorado. Prior to this position, he served as the City Administrator Manitou Springs from 2014-2018. He holds a law degree from University of Denver, a Master’s in Public Administration and bachelors’ degree from the University of Colorado.
